Amazing French VILLA/HK Lake/FREE Laundry

This was the worst hotel during our entire stay in Vietnam for all the several trips we have been here. The staff is not interested in your comfort. The website says super suite 60 square meters, in fact two different rooms, not even next to each other. No tea, coffee, only two large towels, no towels for hands and feet. They put us in a room with a view of the construction site and such audibility that the construction is going on in your room, and, knowing about the construction, they did not warn. The work continues until late, as the staff themselves said until one in the morning ... It is impossible to sleep, only close your eyes, noise and flickering light due to welding. The hotel itself wrote that they are comfortable, everything to our complaints, they do not care that my children and I had to take headache pills because of the uncomfortable stay. In the morning we got up, well, got up, the construction woke us up and went to look for another hotel. Thanks to the Tripcom service, which helped us not to lose money. In the end, we moved. I highly recommend it.

There was construction going on at the back, which was very noisy and made it impossible to sleep properly at night. The staff was unable to change the room, probably because every room was equally noisy. There is no daily cleaning. Even if you stay for 3 days, there is no cleaning service. If you need cleaning, you have to pay extra, which is unreasonable. But there is free laundry service and towel replacement, which is good. On the second floor of the cafe, the seats are relatively hidden, but the room is large enough. There is no food around at night, so you need to drive

Not clean and lots of mosquitoes. The room smells and the ceiling is dusty.
