The apartment was lovely, and the flexible check-in made everything so convenient. We booked at the last minute and arrived in the middle of the night, but the host went above and beyond to arrange an airport pick-up for us. Super helpful and responsive!

I rented a cozy flat for a weekend escape and it exceeded my expectations. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, with plenty of delicious street food options right around the corner.
The flat looked exactly like the photos—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. But the real highlight was the view: absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the city from above. However, water pressure is a bit weak. Apart from that, things went ok overall.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close enough to walk to everything. The café downstairs was a real gem, and having a small supermarket just a short walk away made it super convenient for picking up essentials like water and snacks.
The apartment matched the listing perfectly—bright, spacious, and exactly what I needed. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, which made my stay even more comfortable. Staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was the worst hotel during our entire stay in Vietnam for all the several trips we have been here. The staff is not interested in your comfort. The website says super suite 60 square meters, in fact two different rooms, not even next to each other. No tea, coffee, only two large towels, no towels for hands and feet. They put us in a room with a view of the construction site and such audibility that the construction is going on in your room, and, knowing about the construction, they did not warn. The work continues until late, as the staff themselves said until one in the morning ... It is impossible to sleep, only close your eyes, noise and flickering light due to welding. The hotel itself wrote that they are comfortable, everything to our complaints, they do not care that my children and I had to take headache pills because of the uncomfortable stay. In the morning we got up, well, got up, the construction woke us up and went to look for another hotel. Thanks to the Tripcom service, which helped us not to lose money. In the end, we moved. I highly recommend it.

Scam Alert - After booking on trip.com, a person messaged me on whatsapp saying my booking has been upgraded to a better room and the new place is in prime area of Hanoi. Looking at the pics new room was worse than pics shown here and the location was in a tiny lane of Hanoi old quarters. He/she kept insisting that i should opt for upgrade. Later that person changed the story saying the room i booked has some electrical issues and i should agree to the new location.
I insisted on same place or cancel the booking. The person asked me go through trip.com free cancellation procedure. I followed and raised a cancellation request. After some time i got message that the property has rejected my cancellation request. Contacted the whatsapp person and the person asked me to check again and same thing happened second time.
Upon contacting trip.com instead of cancelling and refunding my money, they only offered me points worth my booking - which means i have to still use trip.com in future. I can still see the property is on trip.com with same “last 5 rooms” available and my booking shows as “completed”.
If you translate the first review by chinese person, he faced the same issue.
Trip.com will not block the property and refund your money so be careful. Not sure what steps trip.com takes to have such terrible experiences to the end users. Thanks.
