no problem with cleanliness, nice little balcony, too good for the price. there's also a projector to watch movie. the only thing that was not the same was that there was no washing machine as shown in the photo.
a tip is to get Zalo first and contact the homestay via Zalo. they also allow you to check in around 30 min-1 hr early. some good sticky rice and supermarket nearby.

The place may be hard to locate since there is no sign that tells you "ITS HERE".
However, the area is safe and convenient; located close to a Circle K, food market, and little restaurants. The room was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and all amenities were working perfectly.

Nice room, fully furnished, but a bit too many mosquitoes. High quality and clear projector. Air conditioner and water heater. There is also a refrigerator and water heater.

We chose this hotel because of the price. All the others were much more expensive. The location is good, there are many shops and cafes nearby, several buses go to the old quarter, taxis also arrive quickly and are inexpensive.
The room is good, the projector works, there is YouTube, Wi-Fi, it is bad that the kitchen is useless - there are no kitchen utensils. Almost no dishes. To cook scrambled eggs we had to buy too much stuff, it is not worth it.
The hotel is quiet, except for the moments when guests arrive at night. There are mosquitoes, but not many, before going to bed we entertained ourselves by catching midges and mosquitoes, and then slept peacefully.
In the neighboring house there is a good cafe where you can work in peace (last photo)
