Do Not Book This Hotel – Complete Scam
I had an awful experience with this hotel. The property doesn’t exist at the location shown on the map. We went to the address, but there was no building called “Parkroy Building.” I called the number listed on trip.com several times with no answer. After over an hour of searching, our driver managed to reach the hotel owner, who then demanded an extra 500,000 VND to access the hotel. This fee was never disclosed when I made the booking.
The entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel!

This hotel is a scam. This hotel does not exist at the address stated. Reviews clearly state that it is a scam. Trip.com does not support this partnership, so victims like me will definitely happen again. I booked for 2 days and did not receive a refund. I feel bad because it seems like there is no solution for the hotel's unilateral refusal to refund. I am enclosing a photo of the place stated at the address of this hotel.
