Luxe Paradise Hotel Nguyen Khac Hieu

I booked room with queen-bed, bathtub, balcony and floor 5-8. none of this i got. Bed are 2 single bed put together. The floor was 4(finally i dont care, but i guess my original room was sold again). Balcony is inside the building. No wind and very hot. I planed to stay longer but i am already used that the descriptions are never right in Vietnam so i left next day. Outside are many small eating place at night and bussy but room still quietly. Bed not soft and would be good if it would have the right size.

The staff are all nice but only speak limited English unfortunately. The reception was cleanish, but the stairs and elevator were dirty and dusty. Dusty and dirty surfaces everywhere (counter, benches and floors in all rooms). The floors needed a good mop(looked clean but felt horrible). There was dust everywhere and rubbish left under the bed, sofa and table. Ants get into everything in the kitchen(had to put everything in the fridge). The fridge could have been wiped out as it wasn't exactly clean. Microwave was dirty and full of ants. There was only 2x pots, 3 sets of chopsticks, kitchen scissors, one wine glass, 2x shallow bowls, 4x mini sauce bowls and a old unsealed wooden chopping board. No knives(not even for the cutting board), forks or spoons. The sofa and cushions were dusty. Aircon didn't work well and the filters were dirty(possibly moldy). Bathroom fan barely worked(dirty) Shower tiles were uneven, sharp and dirty. Both exterior doors wouldn't lock unless lifted as locked(Took some strength). Construction/renovations every morning starting at 6am and sometimes up to 8pm with banging, welding and hammer drilling into the wall. Basically it wasn't cleaned at all. We also requested for our room to be cleaned and all they did was change the bottom bed sheet, give us clean towels and 2x free bottles of water. We should have turned away the first day but we just decided to clean what we could and had to always were shoes or socks due to the dirty and sticky floors. This was our first hotel experience and wish we requested a new room, upgrade or just got a refund(We 100% will be in the next bad experience. Will not ever come back. This place is definitely not as described and the pictures were old in the listing. Avoid.
