Great stay. It was previously Pomihoa Hotel Hanoi and recently revamped and rebranded as The Embassy Hotel Hanoi. The staff were very nice and helpful! Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice , and location is very near to Old Quarter , they had amazing breakfast but the best part was their stuff so sweet , especially Kate , so nice , they know how to communicate with people 👌🏽

Room was a nice size and clean. Our shower didn’t drain properly (at all), which was really the only complaint. Staff were friendly and very customer-focused. Location is good - a short walk into the heart of the Old Quarter but nicely away from the chaos — bonus was easy drop off/pick up for buses! Breakfast was plentiful.

The counter staff were great as they were friendly and very hospitable. Upon arrival at the hotel, the counter staff came all the way out to greet us and assisted us with the luggage even though she's a manager.(Ms Selina) There is a flight of steps at the front of the hotel so can be quite challenging to move the luggage up. We were also given a cup of hot welcome tea while checking in.
We stayed in the family triple room as there was a promotion. The room is big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep in. Ptivide full set toiletries
Their response to our request to fix the door chain lock was done quickly. The counter staff constantly talked to us to check if everything was ok.

A small hotel in the heart of the old city. A friendly worker, Kate, contacted me before our arrival, arranged a car from the airport, and was in touch with us throughout our stay. Kate helped us book a tour to Halong, despite the fact that at that point we were already planning to stay elsewhere in Hanoi!
The room itself was very small: literally only enough space for two large beds. Plus - no view at all from the window. As everywhere in Vietnam, there are some problems with the plumbing - hot water is turned on by a button, but even so, I bathed in lukewarm water, as if the hot water ran out over time. But for a short stop in the city center, it’s a good option!
Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay so I didn't take any photos of the room or the hotel :(
