A beautifully designed, newly opened hotel with impeccable taste. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to meet any request. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift upon departure.

I truly appreciate all the staff at the hotel! I followed their recommendations regarding sightseeing and restaurants, and didn’t regret it! They were 100% friendly and helpful! I had a very nice time there!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and all was very satisfactory. On the first day of arrival, Harry introduced us to nearby restaurants and attractions, he was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was also good and the waiter offered us the coffee we would like each time. Our check out was also delayed by an hour by our request and Stella gave the kids a gift, our kids were very happy!It was really appreciated! Overall, it was a very cozy hotel!

Amazing service for all staff, good buffet breakfast, free coffee and tea all day at the lobby , even gave us a breakfast box upon knowing we won’t be able to eat breakfast

Hotel was conveniently located to the Hanoi Railway station and about a 15mins walk to the Old Quarters. Staff were friendly and conscientious to our needs. Heard from the team that new facilities (spa, pool) will be ready within the month. Will definitely be back to check these out next time!
