This hotel is quite new, opened only for a few months. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms r clean and comfortable. The breakfast served included local/western/Japanese. They provide free flow of coffee/tea and snacks during 2-5pm at the lobby. Will check in again next visit.

Newly opened hotel, near the train station, convenient transportation, complete room facilities, swimming pool is not open yet, breakfast is ok, staff are warm and thoughtful, but there is infrastructure construction next to the hotel, dusty streets

It's a new hotel, so it's clean and the location is near the train station, so you can walk to major tourist attractions. The breakfast is varied and recommended for the price!
There's no space to sit in the room other than the bed, so you have to sit in the lobby, and the view is a construction view.
The area around the hotel is under constant construction to the point where it's hard to walk around, so the smoke is so bad. Honestly, I don't think I'll stay here again unless I'm going to Hanoi for sightseeing.

The legendary presidential suite we booked should be the most expensive room type in the hotel.
Originally, I stayed at Sheraton or JW Marriott, but found that the price of 5,000+ a night was already sky-high, so I had no choice but to choose this one.
Overall, the hotel is good, but because it is newly opened and this suite is not booked by many people, the room smells a bit strong. And the online pictures of the room are completely different from the actual pictures, but you can imagine that it is a 60-square-meter suite hahaha~
The hotel service is very good, the doorman is more enthusiastic than the doorman of Ritz-Carlton in China, and he doesn't ask for tips. It can be seen that the hotel is training hard, which is very worthy of recognition!

As for some swimming pools in the hotel, the front desk didn't tell us, and we didn't explore it. I heard that there is an outdoor swimming pool.
