Horizon Hotel Apartment

The Hanoi trip was great, but booking a place here was the worst mistake. My previous stay didn't work out, so I hastily booked it on Trip.com. This is just a slightly better motel among the ones used by locals. I booked a room and checked in, but the cleaning was done roughly, the bed sheets weren't changed at all, and there were hairs here and there. I complained, and the counter staff said they would change them themselves, so I waited, but after struggling for 30 minutes, they couldn't do it and changed the room. I didn't expect kindness or service from a 3-star hotel in Vietnam, but I wish they would pay attention to hygiene. I booked 2 nights, and this was the situation. The young staff member said there was nothing wrong, but she was talking to the owner or someone next to me, and the guest seemed uncomfortable, so she didn't know Vietnamese and started talking behind my back, but I was about to say something, but I just held it in. When I checked out, they asked me to pay 50,000 dong because it was 10 minutes late, so I just paid, and when I saw them give me change from their wallet, I thought I wouldn't come here again. I learned a lesson that I shouldn't make reservations in a hurry in the future.

The hotel that costs NT$7/800 a night is a bit old, but you can save money by choosing a separate room for vacation. The advantage is that you can check out at 12:00 and there is a big shopping mall opposite.

Khách sạn này cực kỳ tiện lợi vì nằm n*** trung tâm thành phố. Buổi tối chỉ cần đi bộ vài bước là tới chợ đêm luôn! Phòng ngủ đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Nhân viên lại rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, giúp đỡ mọi lúc. Cảm giác như ở nhà vậy!

這家酒店在我心中絕對是五星級的！周圍的美食太誘人了，停車很方便，而且儘管人很多，工作人員的服務一絲不苟，真的讓人感動
