The hotel is located in central Hanoi, convenient to get to different places. Kathy at the front desk is very helpful and super knowledgeable about food. We tried many restaurants and street food recommended by her and they are very tasty. She also recommended a cooking class to us which made it easier to kill time on a rainy day. It’s always great to have local recommendations when traveling - this made us feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this hotel and please say hi to Kathy next time you visit :)

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was noticeably cleaner, fresher, and better maintained compared to many other options in the area. The room was comfortable, well kept, and exactly as advertised, which I really appreciated.
The staff was the highlight. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, whether it was helping with currency exchange, arranging a taxi, or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. It made the entire stay feel smooth and stress free.
Overall, this hotel delivers real value and great service. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.

Hotel was new and clean, and also near the famous train track, although we had to walk about 5-10min on average to most restaurants/massage places etc. when we asked hotel for extra water, they mentioned they only provide 2 bottles a day, which in our opinion was not 5-star like. Otherwise the service was good.
