The hotel almost new and the staff can speak English. They didn’t have a laundry here.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!

A wonderful and memorable experience
The atmosphere is s fresh with clean and well-kept garden. It truly feels more like home than a hotel; peaceful, comfortable and far removed from the noise of the city. The room was beautiful, modern and luxurious. The bathroom was spacious and I especially loved the view of the bridge and river at night - very romantic. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced (250,000 VND). They even offer free bicycles which made it super convenient to explore Westlake or shop at Lotte Mart nearby.
A heartful thank you to Ms Kim for taking care of me when I was feeling unwell and thanks to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for my next vacation.

Had a great experience at the hotel,Lovely Staff and service.
Highly recommend for those who wish to stay slightly away from the main street and the commotion that comes along with it.
