I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She is a tour guide and helped me explore many interesting places in Hanoi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making me feel right at home. Although it wasn't a luxury room, the service here was truly impressive. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I was very satisfied and will definitely return if I have the chance.

I had a very satisfying time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The space design was stylish and perfect for relieving the day's fatigue.
