Great location, very central. Clean room and very helpful front desk personnel in the evening and at night. Old quarters is literally next door with all the food and drinks one can possibly enjoy in vietnam. Abee at the front desk was very helpful in securing a grab for me

Hotel spotless staff all lovely manners and always helpful very enjoyable breakfast and room very clean and comfy bed would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family Danny and other staff were very helpful with any questions put to them answered very respectfully thank you to all hotel staff.

Fantastic stay could not ask for better thanks Danny service was brilliant could not do enough for us nothing too much trouble would recommend to anyone coming here , Dandies smiling face was always there to welcome us , our Vietnamese was non exiting

A very good experience! Near de city center. Good for wall around the city. With a great breakfast! Nice staff, like Danny end the rest off the boys! I recomende you this hotel for a couple off days in Ha Noi. I spent 3 days on this hotel and I Will comeback!

In the heart of old Hanoi and close to everything. Fabulous accommodation with glorious breakfasts on the top floor overlooking night and day traffic (see photo) from the bar area. Attention by staff was outstanding. Highly recommended by my wife and I.

The hotel is very nice and clean, we went with family and felt very satisfied by the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. Danny was quite friendly and helped us during our stay at the hotel. I will recommend to my friends and maybe I will come back in the future. A great stay

The Q Boutique Hotel was very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Abee was so helpful and sweet, she made our stay so nice and easy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the view from the rooftop balcony was great. The rooms were very clean and nice to stay in. If you have a chance to stay here, the location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Lake and in the Old Quarter. If you need information or help, ask Abee, she will help with a big smile!

Been to quite a few hotels in old town in Hanoi and found Q hotel is the best for the category. Centrally located, great breakfast,, nice spacious room with trendy settings.The staff really made our stay in Hanoi memorable-. They are honest, quick responding, attentive and friendly! I cant recall all of their names but Van Anh at front office. Tks you all, again, for a wonderful stay. I will be back
