One of the **** room I have ever stayed in. No cleanliness, used towel , ac not working , room stinks more than the toilet . I regret booking that hotel . Please please please I really urge not to stay in .

When I got to the address listed, there was nothing resembling a hotel, so I called the hotel.
They told me to wait there as they would come to pick me up, and a woman came to pick me up on a motorbike.
I was taken to a hotel in a completely different location to the photo listed, and they told me they had upgraded my breakfast and room for free, so I was a little scared, but they were very kind to me until I checked out. I thought it was a typical overseas happening.

First of all, we were not able to stay at this hotel. So, this is not a rating of this hotel. I booked this hotel, but for some reason, I was taken to another hotel. I did not have a phone number that I could use in Vietnam. Therefore, I messaged the hotel to tell them the check-in time, but it was difficult to tell them. I was not able to send an email either. We arrived at the address listed, but the first floor was a cafe and there was no sign or landmark that looked like a hotel. When I asked the handsome cafe staff, it seemed that the accommodation was on the second floor.
We are not fluent in English. So, we ended up getting help from a Trip.com customer. As a result, we were dispatched? A local woman took us to a hotel a little further away. The hotel was very nice. I wish they had told us earlier if it was overbooked... It took a long time to get to our room even though we arrived in Hanoi early.
