Centrally located but streets are very busy. Nice size room but not much in terms of amenities. Staff are really friendly but don’t always give you the best prices on tours or transportation. Pay attention to other options. Overall decent stay.

Best hotel and customer service in the heart of old quarter, convenient to go anywhere from here. Bed decorated for my birthday. Manager was so nice to send me to the airport on my departure day. Thank you 🙏🏻 Do book this hotel if you're coming to old quarter.

Centrally located and very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and were eager to help us solve any problems we encountered. The breakfast was good and the family room was spacious with a huge bed for parents (could easily have slept the whole family!) and a large, cozy, sturdy bunk bed for the kids. The kids also like the play area, and our reception at check in was amazing!

The first thing I want to mention is that the hotel has very helpful staff. The cleanliness was not that good and the rooms were not cleaned every day.the location was convenient
