It's in the outskirts of Hanoi, so it's not for tourists unless there is a special reason, but if you are a resident and have a party nearby, or if there are no hotels near the airport, I think it's perfect.
The staff only speak Vietnamese, so I think it's more of a translator than English.
I had a little trouble because they said they couldn't confirm the confirmation slip at check-in because they didn't understand the name of the reservation app. It seems that they mistook it for a reservation on ***********. In Vietnamese minds, Trip.com is known as "Trip.com" and the color is similar to ***********, so they didn't seem to understand what reservation site it was. In the end, I joked that "*********** is more commonly used."
I think the room was very clean. The fan was convenient. Also, there was a switch with different colors for the lights, which may have doubled as a so-called "rest room," but other than that, I think it was a normal hotel.
