similar to other era apartments, sometimes the room is dirty. they obviously didn't clean the counter, floor, bathroom, dishes, etc. there's roaches, flying insects, and a lot of ants. i tried wearing the slippers and got tinea pedis. when i came back and rented another room, i smelled the slippers and they smelled disgusting. they said i can't wash my shoes there but i had to wash them to get rid of the fungus from their slippers. the washing machines and dryers are usually full of clothes. the employee leaves linens in the washer and dryer for hours during the day and usually leaves them overnight.  the ground floor has the lobby and the 8th floor has the washing machines and dryers. i stayed on the 4th and 7th floors. there were so many ants on the 7th floor that i think there's an ant hill on the 8th floor. on the 7th floor there was the sound of jackhammering on the ceiling but when i went to the 8th floor i saw no progress. it looks like half finished rooms and weeks later i didn't notice any difference. there are 2 or 3 places next door that do construction. they saw metal, hammer, and jackhammer regularly. i don't know what they build, it could be bike parts or tables or whatever, it doesn't matter to me. it's loud.

He told me the story of last night: the boss opened room 303 for me. The man and woman next door by the window made great noises at night. They still screamed at 6:30 in the morning. Aren't you Vietnamese tired? ? The single woman who lives across from room 3030 likes to lie down at the corridor window at night and eavesdrop. These weird young people in Vietnam. Let’s talk about the accommodation environment. The construction in the building next door started at 6 a.m. and it was too noisy. It was as loud as the shouting next door. The sound insulation of the room was particularly poor. Look at the dirty sheets again. They haven’t been changed. I feel like vomiting.就这还收78元一晚上。出租房间家具再齐全能干啥，电磁炉窝都没有

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very understanding throughout my visit. The amenities provided were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location mentioned in google maps was different, while on grab app it was different.  Grab location was correct, so the hotel could amend the location on google maps too

Very nice, clean, exactly like the photos. Standard bed. Would definitely go back. Great price and close to the museum
