Everything you need for a small place, it’s clean, right in the city centre and provides you with amenities that you would need such as towels, hair dryer, soaps. The bed is HARD but it’s okay for a short stay. There’s also noise from the construction outside.

We stayed in the apartments after a trip to Sapa and before the flight. Very convenient location, next to the bus stop to the airport (100m) and the bus stop from Sapa (160m). Nearby there are many food, drinks, shops, massages. Everything is within walking distance. The owner sent all the instructions in advance on how to get to the room, no difficulties arose. The room is small, there is hot water in our room there were 2 windows and air conditioning.

The water dripped from the air conditioner and my backpack that I had left underneath got soaked. Before I moved my room (from the 4th floor) to the 2nd floor, there was no light in the bedroom, so I had to live with the light that was on in front of the bathroom.

The location is great, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The facilities and services are worth the price. There were some points where it was difficult to understand how to check in.

Old building with a lot of work around, and people working until 2am, so a bit noisy. Super hard mattress. After that it's very well located! Uncertain WiFi. Room 1 pretty horrible, I changed, the rooms above are much better. Good dialogue with the staff but only on WhatsApp. They are very nice and accommodating. Very good value for money.
