From the roadside to the entrance of the accommodation, two people can't walk side by side because it's so narrow, and the dirt was piled up 1 meter before the entrance due to construction, making it difficult to walk. The hallway was so narrow (80 cm wide) that it was very difficult to go up to the 3rd floor with a backpack. There was no refrigerator, no soap to wash hands, and they didn't even change the towels during my 4-day stay. I travel abroad 6-8 times a year, but this is the first time I've seen accommodations with such bad conditions.

The location is great, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The facilities and services are worth the price. There were some points where it was difficult to understand how to check in.

Old building with a lot of work around, and people working until 2am, so a bit noisy. Super hard mattress. After that it's very well located! Uncertain WiFi. Room 1 pretty horrible, I changed, the rooms above are much better. Good dialogue with the staff but only on WhatsApp. They are very nice and accommodating. Very good value for money.

The serviced apartment is close to the city center. In terms of transportation, buses and taxis are very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the scenic spot. Eating places are also conveniently available within a few minutes' walk. The only drawback is that there is a house being built next to it and it is very noisy.
