We booked their hotel by reading carefully their descriptions. But we arrived their villa early expected time.Firstly,We didn't found their hotel.We want to contact them for early check-in.But they didn't described how to do early check-in. One vietnam people helped fakely ,he called them and he said they will arrive soon and requested to pay money for phone call 200000vdn .Oh my god,very scared 😱. After waiting 3hours on road, they contact to us from WhatsApp. They said if you want to key ,you need to pay another 300000vdn for one person and one day.What the hell it is.Now they are writing 300000vdn to pay at hotel after happen problems with us.When we booked their hotel ,it isn't writting any extra charges.They said to us you should read carefully descriptions,their villa places is very best.Their service is very bad.So many problem have their villa .Finally we chose another hotel and very convient. They destory our happy mood.

When I wanted to check into a hotel, the door was locked, everyone had made reservations, and I had to call to tell them to open the hotel. There were motorcycles parked around the alley, which made me feel unsafe.
