I can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were fantastic. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
We left our luggage with the hotel after checking out so we could explore the city before our 7 PM pick-up. The staff even offered to let us use their washroom to freshen up later in the day (though we didn't end up needing to). They also provided us with bottled water and snacks for our onward journey, which was a lovely touch. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

I had tried 3 different hotels in Hanoi recently and Minerva was the best out of all. Breakfast choices were great, cleanliness were at its tip top, and the pictures on trip.com look exactly to the actual room. Regretting my decision not to go back to Minerva and ended up w my current hotel instead.

Location is good. Very convenient. Walking distance to almost all popular eateries and attractions. Room is huge( deluxe room with balcony). Breakfast is ok. Service excellent.
