I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Village Ho Guom during my trip to Hanoi, and it exceeded all expectations. Tucked away just a short walk from the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake, this boutique hotel offers the perfect blend of calm, comfort, and charm right in the middle of the city’s vibrant Old Quarter.

We made 3 different reservations at this hotel and stayed for about 20 days. It is in a perfect location, very nice, very close to everything and quiet. It is very clean and this was very important to us. The laundry and work area are very good. The staff is very attentive and really good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. If we come to Vietnam again, I would like to stay at M Hotel again.

Loved our time here! We had stayed at another M Village facility in Ho Chi Minh City previously and we’re looking forward to our stay here, it did not disappoint.
Staff reached out to us before arriving and check in was smooth. They even provided great suggestions for local food.
Always love the laundry facilities and water filter. This room didn’t have its own fridge, but we put some food in the communal one upstairs.
Really didn’t have any issues at all, would gladly stay here again and it’s in a great location too!

About 1km from the lake and shops but great hotel. Only problem is bathroom has no separate bathing area which causes the whole floor to be wet when one takes a shower. Excellent service staff.

Location is a bit far to the old quarter district about 1.2km but just beside branded shopping plaza.
The front desk shows a warm welcoming and helpful.
First room we booked was studio room, it was too small for 2 person and we requested to upgrade our room, finally we got a deluxe twin room in next day and it is much bigger than studio room, twin bed able to join be a super king bed.
Due to my birthday, I got a free upgraded room, very appreciate to their offer.
The hotel and room environment are very modern, free laundry & comfortable dining area.

I had a very late check in which they accommodated. special thanks to the staff that was working on 18/11/24 5am. He helped me sort out my baggage issues.
The service rendered has been nothing but wonderful. The reception staff are always smiling, greeting with warmth and ever so helpful.
The location is central and walking distance to many locations, if not you can grab bike anywhere within the area too!
There’s a co working space available at the 1st floor and on the 9th floor, there’s a communal area equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave.
I love the comfortable, homely feel of the room that I was staying in. Reminded of my own bedroom. I really appreciate that I am able to on/off the AC and the lights without the need of slotting the room card into a slot. The room is equipped with a seating bench, iron & ironing board. And good quality slippers instead of those white slip on.
If I were to visit Hanoi, M Village Ho Guom will be my first choice.

Staff was very professional, helpful, and super kind. Went above and beyond with recommendations for places to eat / things to do. Super clean room and very spacious. Loved the bathroom and lighting. Great location. Excellent price. Will stay again
