The location of this hotel is very close to the airports. However, you still need a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel by midnight, 1am, which is fully prepaid and I have informed the hotel that I will arrived after 12am, the staff told me there is no room for me since I am late so they sold the room to others. He understand the note I made and he sold the prepaid room to others. After long time of communication, the staff drove me to another dirty hotel. The quilt is moist and hair is on the sheet. Pissy smell from the toilet. Clear noise from the doorway all night long. Not recommended for any kind of traveller.

Room was clean, quiet and had a good nights sleep before the flight. The transfer to the airport which was 80,000 was helpful and efficient.

This hotel is very good and clean . Location is very near Hanoi international airport. . Hotel below has restaurants.

1. The power went out 4 times during the night
2. There is a smell in the bathroom

When I lifted the quilt on the bed, there were small bugs inside. The service provided when asking for directions was not very skilled. The quilt is a bit damp.

The hotel's location is near the airport, so it's a good place for transit or a quick sleepover. The facilities are very clean and the staff are friendly. However, it was very difficult to find a hotel because the hotel watch did not appear well on Google Maps.
