This was an excellent stay. One of the bests I’ve ever had.
Great location, clean, comfortable and luxurious room. The staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The breakfast is excellent.

Convenient location to explore Old City. The service is attentive and the design is nice. But the hotel rooms are not the biggest one, so good choice for a short stay without too many luggage

The hotel is really value for money. Centrally located with many places of interest within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to specially commend the General Manager Jack. We need to go for a site visit before taking an evening flight our of Hanoi. Jack arranged for us to take a shower so that we feel fresh and good! We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended! I am just concerned that after i sent out this review, they will be so popular that they could be fully booked the next time we want to stay again.

Hotel staff are super friendly. Service is equal, if not better, than all the Four Seasons I have stayed. The only drawback is that the room I picked is too small.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The cleaning was also very good, which was really helpful. The staff in particular were very kind, gave us various information, and were very considerate. You should stay at this hotel.
