Highly recommend staying here, beautiful spot and an extremely kind and helpful team of staff. The hotel has the perfect view over Hoan Kiem Lake right near the old quarter and french quarter with everything you could need. Dave the concierge was so helpful and considerate. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back.

Stop your search, you have found the best hotel in Hanoi. In the most ideal location, with incredible balcony views of the lake, what more could you want. Dave looked after us so well. He even organised very early check in for us and a room promotion after a very long and early flight. Extremely recommend staying here. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and large.

Everything about this place is top notch. Wonderful room and the staff went further and beyond to help. Location is superb in the old quarter and close to beer st and train st and silk st. Might pay to just be mindful of the many stairs to get up into the room and the restaurant is another 3 flights of stairs if you have any mobility issues. However they will deliver breakfast to your room which is so nice..

Really charming hotel, an island of peace in Hanoi. Exceptionally helpful staff, helped get everything from black tea and milk (hard for english folk to find in Vietnam) to extending our stay. Just a very friendly vibe. Lovely decor, good aircon. The shop below proved really handy! I would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Arrived at La-Belle Maison hotel with my family on 7th July 2024, was greeted by Dave who immediately made our stay the most welcomed and comfortable I had ever experienced in my numerous travel stays. Dave and his team extends to us with personal attention in every aspect to make us feel at home. The rooms are large and very clean. Will surely return to stay and recommend our friends or relatives to use Maison if they are visiting Hanoi.

La Belle Maison is a cozy, small boutique hotel well located in the center of the old town of Hanoi. It has great charm, cleanliness and very spacious rooms with an enormous bath. The service provided by Sebastian. Alex, Daniel, and the whole team is outstanding and goes far beyond the norm. Breakfast is exceptional and prepared to your specifications. This boutique hotel is a little gem in the heart of a buzzing city, and we recommend it to all travelers.

The rooms, service and location were all absolutely fantastic. The minute we walked through the Circle K, and up into the hotel, we were transported into a world of chic Vietnamese hospitality. The staff are all extremely polite, accompanied and hospitable. The breakfast was huge and prepared with care. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. The rooftop was a serene getaway from the bustle of the old quarter, with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to check-in early for a small fee, which was super convenient as our overnight flight got in very early in the morning. If I’m being nitpicky, the only complain was that the bed had two single mattresses laid together as one large (king?) mattress, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle.

A fabulous small boutique hotel with 6 rooms right by the lake. Oozing charm with good sized room and all the trimmings. We loved our balcony to watch Hanoi in all its colour. Sebastian and the team only too happy to help with any requests. Yes there is some street noise on weekends but it’s worth it. Breakfast was terrific and view amazing. We’ll be back!

The special place to stay in hanoi. They have super comfy bed, room is clean and equiped. Especially thank to Sebastien who organized awesome and reasonable halong trip. Andrew is also helpful. Even they don’t have elevator but it is no matter at all. I recommend the lake view room, literally chill. Will come back again.
