Rate 5/10 The facilities not so new, really old, this room not like the room i booking, because i check in later and stay only 1 day so i just stay. This room for couple for short time is good, because the light not so bright.

There are indeed some truths behind other reviews mentioning staff asking for unnecessary payments. Upon check-in, the reception demanded an additional VND 50,000 per night, claiming it was a “weekend charge.” This was unreasonable, especially since my booking was a prepaid online rate. When I disputed it and insisted on speaking to a manager, the receptionist changed his story. While I still insisted to have the manager call me. This was ignored. The room itself was poorly maintained upon arrival — leftover drinks from the previous guest were still in the fridge, and the cabinet was in disarray with hangers scattered inside. During my 3-night stay, the room was not cleaned at all on the second day. On the third day, I had to specifically request housekeeping, but even then, bottled water was not replenished. Room with city view, window is generally ok. Personally feel it is poorly lit, especially the washroom. Probably not wish to choose this hotel on future visits.
