The reception service is excellent, and the restaurant's breakfast service is widespread and good. The room is comfortable and clean. However, the hotel lobby doesn't appeal to me as much, particularly the wall painting, which feels too oriental. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Superb experiencefor our 3 day stay.. they have a very accomodating staffs , nice food for ojr breakfast , the facility has great rooms ... The building is accesible to major tourist spots in Old Quarter and to major food stores .. I highly recomnend this place ..a true value for your money

From the first step in we were very welcomed. We were given a map marked with recomedation where to go. The room is comfortable, clean with huge balcony. I wanted to my hair done and the lovely lady on the reception adviced me where to go. Before we headed to the airport we got two bottle of water. Highly recommended hotel to stay while you are in Hanoi.

The staff especially Grace was very helpful when we asked information in order to organize our trip in Hanoi. We received support before we arrive via extended whats up messages. A taxi from the hotel was waiting for us. We booked through the hotel an excursion to ha long bay and Nih Bin as well as a puppet show. They also helped us a lot navigate in the city. The room was nice, it had a balcony and fully equipped bathroom with toothbrushes and even shaving equipment which was useful because I had forgotten it home. We also appreciated the welcome cake and drink
