Good staff & location , delicious breakfast, the room is luxury and clean , I recommend to stay here in Hanoi. Nearby Pizza4p I will visit here again next time .

The hotel is a 11/10 recommend! Even though above average in terms of cost, everything you get in terms of room quality, service quality, comfort and location more than compensates for it!! The staff are especially outstanding, with the service manager being very warm and friendly and the doorman always there to open the door for you! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. A big plus was that they provided a travel adapter along the kettle plug which came very much in handy since I forgot to bring one. The toilet had a luxurious feel and was very spacious. The room also comes with a 2 in 1 portable charger + alarm clock which is convenient. I really liked the hotel location as it is 2-3 mins away from Hoan Kiem Lake which looks beautiful in the day and more so at night. On top of all this, they also provide taxi service to and fro from the airport as well as day trip packages to Halong Bay, Sapa, Bing Dinh etc.

The hotel located in the lively old street, very amorous. And Foeya is a very sweet girl,good service.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and 36 Yuan Street. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop around. From start to finish our staff was excellent. Always willing to help and make sure everything was ok. To be fair all the staff were excellent! My room had all the amenities I needed and was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back again :)

The location is good, close to the attractions in the old city and beside the Sword Lake. The hotels in the old city are relatively small, and the rooms are not big, about the level of domestic four and a half stars. There are not many types of breakfast. The English level of the staff is OK.

A very satisfying experience. The price is really suitable for staying in such a hotel. There is a bathtub with rose petals with bath salts. It is close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. It is very comfortable to get up in the morning to exercise.

The room is very clean and the location is very good. The butler service is especially considerate and enthusiastic. They first understood our itinerary and needs when we checked in, and provided free breakfast. On the day of check-out, it happened that my companion had a birthday, so the hotel also gave us a small surprise. I was very satisfied.

The hospitality was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and satisfying! I returned home on a late night flight, but they let me use the shower in the room even after I had checked out. I also received a Vietnamese coffee and dripper as a souvenir on my way back. I would definitely like to stay here again if I come to Hanoi!

During this six-day trip to Hanoi, I stayed at L'Signature Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to everything. The hotel staff are not only friendly, but also responsible, efficient, and well-organized. Great! I found that they pay attention to the needs of individual guests and introduce many delicious foods nearby, such as: Chicken Kway Teow, Pizza 4P's (70 steps away), etc. The hotel's breakfast is rich, and the restaurant's layout and environment are comfortable (with soft music), which left us with an unforgettable impression of our trip to Hanoi.
