Rooms are quite big with big balcony. bed is comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Nice location with nice restaurants nearby. Couple of mins from Old Quater.
On my next trip will definitely book again

The hotel room is impressive, but certain areas, particularly the sheets and sofa, were not clean. The hotel did not change the sheets throughout my four-day stay. The hotel can be quite noisy in the morning due to its location on a busy commuter route. While you can enjoy breakfast with a view, you need to leave the hotel and cross the street to get it. You will be given a remote controller for access to the main gate, allowing you to control entry. The overall experience was unexpected, and communication was challenging as not everyone spoke English. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

The staffs were really friendly. Checkin and checkout were so easy and fast. Definitely recommend this. One thing i didn’t like was it was way too loud in the morning because of the busy road and people were honking all the time

The check-in process was slow and the fine print to keep 1 mil local currency from guests was just a no-go.
Asking them to refill/ add amenities was a hit and miss. Luckily we asked when the housekeeping staff was still there and she personally helped us get what we needed.
Room was next to the elevator and was not sound-proofing. We can easily hear what the kids were yelling while waiting for the lift.
