Experience of a group with international guests including Chinese and Belarusian guests: 1. The hotel delivered a room that was not the same as the photo, the room structure was different, the amenities were different (eg: sofa, table and chairs), the window could not be opened 😃. There were signs of cheating and fraud when posting different room structures with the same name deluxe but on the app there was only a photo of the most airy, spacious, large, and beautiful deluxe room. 2. Equating the fact that the guest arrived to check in with a room that was not consistent with the advertisement, photo and description on the app, so the guest wanted to cancel the room with last-minute cancellation. The nature of the two incidents is different because this is not the guest suddenly wanting to cancel the room or for personal reasons, but because the guest did not receive the service as booked. So the guest has the right to cancel, and it cannot be said that this is a last-minute cancellation in the form of arbitrarily canceling the room, not being able to cancel/refund. Like a customer who prepaid for an apple, when receiving the goods, they put a bag of pears in the customer's hand, the customer doesn't need pears, just apples, then the shop tells the customer that the pears and apples are equally delicious, and that they cannot get their money back because this is a last-minute cancellation 😃. 3. The hotel intentionally swapped concepts, shirked responsibility, used flexible language to connect with a few real events but misinterpreted the nature of the event, the wrong timeline, blamed the customer, and damaged the image of Hanoi and Hanoi tourism in the eyes of international guests. Avoided and evaded when the customer requested to work on a group chat conversation in writing as a zalo message, 01 working day passed but there was no contact or explanation as to why contact could not be made. I typed the specific details in the attached photo because the app limited the number of words.

Good environment, convenient transportation, beautiful price, worth recommending

My family is satisfied with the hotel service, the hotel is quiet.

The room was OK, comparable to the Four Seasons. It is located outside the Old Quarter, about 4 kilometers from the central bar street of the Old Quarter. Although it is not far, Hanoi people think that it is beyond the Old Quarter, and the hotel does not provide pick-up for a day trip.
