clean and comfortable but very difficult to contact the person in charge 😅

The service was really good, clean rooms and the staff was always ready to help us all the time.

we like everything. the convenient location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. the apartment is good. not far from the lake. you can walk around.

Hotel is great and.a staff is really helpful... Location is not in a hussle n bussle area. so it's perfect getaway from crowd and noise ✌️

Cute little place, near lots of cool little restaurants, cafes and bars and right by West Lake. Friendly staff and easy to rent motorbikes from the hotel.

Great place by west lake, located near to many restaurants, new towels were given every few days, bathroom has all the accessories. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans etc, just could do with some more cutlery. Washing machine was such an asset for a longer stay, washing powder also included.

Great location, quiet area, and it does not look as new as in the photos, but it's decent.

Unfortunately the cutlery wasn't completely clean. There were leftovers. The dining table was extremely wobbly. The beters were good. The water temperature was not constant, especially when showering in the morning it was problematic to have hot water. The location is suboptimal as you need a taxi to all the sights. But it is quiet. When you arrive in the evening you have to request the access code for the doors via WhatsApp as there is no one at the reception. But everything is doable and not very complicated.

If you arrive early that day, you can put your luggage and buy ingredients before you can enter the room.

I have used WhatsApp to contact the B&B in China. The B&B owner told me that check-in requires a phone call. The cafe on the first floor is not open, so I am not sure if there is someone available to check in directly on site. The most satisfying thing about the B&B is that there is a washing machine and dryer. I also like the style of the washing machine and decoration, but I feel that the B&B is very casual in terms of cleaning. You can see hairs left by others everywhere, and the quilt cover is very wrinkled. In addition, there is garbage left by the previous tenant under the sink. The hair dryer is used The old hotel wall-mounted type, where you have to press the power button all the time, but it's not fixed, which is very confusing.
