Just a budget backpackers hotel to stay at in old quarter. May look nice but the customer service is just average compared to other hotels I stayed at. Need more improvements on that.

It was tucked away on one of the side streets but still easy to find. It’s very close to the big indoor marketplace & easy to walk to the other end of Old Quarter. The breakfast options were great despite still being limited it has more range than other places I’ve stayed at. The yoghurt and custard filled choux pastry were my favourites. The Sky bar was lovely, we pretty much had it to ourselves on the last night.

Rooms are amazing, good size, very clean. Reception team & door service team are fantastic. Great recommendations for things to do & see. Perfect location in the French Quarter. Rooftop bar has amazing views.

The hotel staff were genuinely some of the best I've ever encountered in all my travels, and their customer service and service recovery is top notch. Unfortunately, the breakfast and housekeeping team can be better. Breakfast crew was rude when asked about food offerings and the housekeeping team mistakenly entered the wrong room(s) multiple times. They also make quite a loud of noise by the corridor and disturbed guests staying there since the walls were very thin.

Pros: • Excellent location in the old town • Clean hotel rooms • Very friendly staff at the reception and Travel desk Cons: • Breakfast has a very limited selection and there were flies on the fruit trays • Rooms are quite small, noisy and without windows (although rooms have a balcony) • You get woken up around 7 a.m. by the staff in the hallway • During our stay, insect spray was used centrally and it came into the room through the ventilation system. It took about an hour with the air conditioning and ventilation running to get rid of the smell

Location, location, location! You can walk everywhere and it’s right in the hustle and bustle, so much so it was a little overwhelming the first time we stepped out of the hotel in the morning after arriving in the quiet of the night! Staff was excellent. Room was clean albeit a tad small. But all good 👍🏻

The location was good, the bed was good, the shower had hot water, The Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had with the room was there was no window Which was in all the pictures. So if you want a window, you have to make sure you make that clear when you make the reservation.
