LA MANDARINA HOTEL & TRAVEL

This hotel is overall very good. I’d say the only negative was the use of the only lift is hampered by the cleaning staff leaving it full of bedding etc. and the balcony is tiny but overall very clean and very nice staff.

The room is really designed uniquely with a charm, unlike a normal typical hotel room for this price you may. Very friendly and helpful staff that can speak English. As it is by the Old Quarters, do not expect complete silence until probably after 10pm... If anything that can be better, is to not have smoke smell along stairways or in the building itself.

Very close to the lake. In a walking distance to local shops, cafes & restaurants.

Small hotel in convenient location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Hoan Kiem lake. Close walk to a lot of the attractions and with a lot of food options around. The room itself was average, slightly dusty and musty, curtains kind of dirty with bugs. For the price, I think there are newer hotels around. Basic amenities were provided like shampoo and soap.

Stayed in this hotel a few time. Very good service. They help me look after my vehicle the whole night. Real good service. Very friendly. Many shops around

Super convenient location, clean room and comfortable bed

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is really good too, just 5 minutes far from the lake.

Initially extend the stay by one day but due to changes of plan have to amend the date of extension to another date and the reception was so helpful to help me with the changes to New extension date however the existing previous room stay with lake view was not available and so got to settle to another room type with cheaper rate. Thanks to assistance render to fulfill my requirement. Appreciated with much help.

Unfortunately. Had problem with room and had to move. Overall. Their service recovery is extremely good. Let me have very late stay till 6pm with reasonable cost. Definitely recommend. Service staff and manager is very helpful
