We have spent 2 amazing nights here. The hotel located in the middle of Old Quarter which the road will be closed to cars for a street night market on every Friday - Sunday makes it's very convenient for us. The room smells good, comfy bed, big room, and nice decoration. All of the staffs there were friendly and helpful especially female receptionist on the day shift as she gave us many information on hopping around Hanoi and a little Vietnamese fruit souvenir before we leaving. We are 100% recommend this hotel!

Stayed 2D1N over at La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel, i would say this is the best hotel i ever stayed. Firstly, we were welcomed by Silvia who were very friendly and explained everything in details to us patiently.
The room was nicely decorated and was huge with basic complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea. Only thing here was that there were chargeable drinks in the fridge but now price list put up, so do take note of it. Other than this, everything else was perfect.
Breakfast was delicious as well. All in all, good location, room and fantastic service. Thank you!

We give the hotel staff a 5-star rating. On the first day, our train arrived in Hanoi at 5.30am. We were exhausted and left our luggage at the hotel. We asked if we could check in early. The hotel staff was very cooperative and we finally checked in early at 12pm. On the last day, our flight took off at 6pm. I also asked if we could check out later. Because they had the next customer, they still let us check out at 1pm (this only left 1 hour for cleaning). I am really grateful.

The room is just like the photo, it is large and has a sofa and bathtub which is a plus! The sound insulation is good, although you can slightly hear people talking outside, but there are only two rooms on the first floor, so it won't last long.
The staff at the counter was friendly and knew that we had plans for the next day and told us that we could order breakfast first to save time.
There is a skybar where you can see Huanjian Lake directly. Recommended~
Small disadvantages are that the bathtub drains slowly and there is no price list for the minibar in the room. It may be more convenient for travelers to provide it.

The location was great and it was the perfect place for sightseeing in the old town.
The bathrooms were also clean and we had a comfortable stay.
The staff were very polite and even made reservations for us at the restaurants we wanted to go to.
We were also happy to receive a free upgrade to a room with a balcony.
