HANOI
The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

Это не отель, а маленькая квартира,
Расположение удачное. В мини студии 28 квадратов, а именно с этого началось все самое интересное. Я первый раз прилетел в Ханой, так как мы в дороге иногда выходим по работе онлайн нам нужно пространство, для того чтобы комфортно работать на двух ноутбуках, выбор пал на эту квартиру 60 метров, 2 спальни, казалось, то что нужно. Когда мы приехали мы прошли квест, нужно зайти в суши Бари через их кухню пройти на лифт, на 6 м этаже мы попали в свою комнату, но она оказалась 28 метров и одна кровать. Два дня мы доказывали, что комната не соответствует, на что владелец квартиры сказал, что есть вторая комната, но она стоит отдельных денег, а на сайте неверная информация, вторую комнату откроют если забронировать на 4 человека и заплатить в два раза больше. Это было не приемлемо. Trip.com нам компенсировал половину стоимости этой квартиры, но осадок остался. 4 дня мы жили, как в кладовке. Ниже приложу все фотографии, грязный диван. Так же нужно понимать, что это не отель, не важно сколько вы дней у вас ни кто не поменяет постельное и не да и вам чистых полотенец. Плюсы тоже есть, это первая квартира с чистым кондиционером, так же в комнате было много посуды, для готовки и рабочая стиральная машина, видимо, чтобы полотенце постирать😌 за окном шла все эти дни стройка, даже ночью иногда что-то громко выгружали, но снова есть плюс, в комнате можно включить холодильник, он шумит громче стройки😀 WiFi - хороший, работал стабильно. На 4 дня проживания, нам дали 2 пакетика кофе и 2 бутылочки воды, внизу есть магазин, можно воду купить. Суши на первом этаже есть можно, мисо вкусный. Мы лично в эту квартиру даже за бесплатно не вернемся ни когда. В последний день в 11:45 к нам уже начали стучать какие то работники, и не дождавшись нашего ухода пошли ремонтировать душ. Напор в душе плохой и шланг течёт. Заключение: размер комнаты не соответствует, заменил рулеткой на айфоне 28 метров вместо 60 и вторую кровать вам ни кто не предоставит, если вас два человека.
