The room is very pretty and it's easy to access to the biggest mall in hanoi just by walking for 5 mins .... it's me and my partner first time in Hanoi and we really enjoyed our stay with this apartment.. we will return soon with our family and friends

Apartments are amazing - kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, bathtub in the bathroom, spacious rooms, balcony, not noisy ... The staff is very helpful and polite. They called taxi for me whenever I needed. No need to pay any deposit. They didn't clean the room every day or changed the towels but I guess it's because I didn't tell them. Location is not far from the old quarter but some buses don't come to that hotel for tours pick up while some do. Overall it was great experience and I enjoyed my stay at Jadore Apartments!

Room is clean and spacious, have free laundry service which is a great plus for us travelling for long period.

The apartment is super beautiful, classy, ​​and smooth. My husband and I both really enjoyed our stay here. It's a shame I didn't know about J'dore sooner. I stayed at other hotels in Hanoi and were not as satisfied as this one. Around there are restaurants, malls... The price is too cheap compared to the quality of the room. Staff is super friendly and cute. If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will definitely book J'dore apartment again 😊😊 However, the location will not be suitable for those who want to walk around the center of Hanoi, but book grab is no problem at all.

The environment is okay, but the hygiene is really bad. There are a lot of hairs on the bed that are not cleaned up. I asked the boss to change the bed sheets, but the result is still too much. The boss takes care of it by himself, and many things are still not done properly!

This room has a high rating on Ctrip. Since we only stayed for two nights, we booked it blindly without any travel guide. First of all, it was very uncomfortable (more psychologically). The room had a smell that had been covered for a long time. I am very sensitive to smells. The windows are not facing the outside, which may also be the reason for the smell. The large area is not an advantage. The more rural the hotel, the larger the area. This place has that feeling. When I went to Lotte Mall to eat, I found that Lotte had a hotel. I blamed myself for not searching carefully. In short, the stay was very uncomfortable because I didn’t bring slippers and even put on my own sneakers after taking a shower... It’s outrageous. But this environment and smell really can’t make people relax. Although I won’t go to Vietnam again, I will remind those who come later to book a decent hotel! !

Although the B&B is not big, it has everything you need. It is located next to a small alley, so it is definitely not a B&B with a view. It is suitable for short-term stays. There is a kitchen and enough space. But there is a little smell in the bedroom. Fortunately, there is a balcony to dissipate the smell.

The hotel is located near Hanoi Japan Street. There is a supermarket next to it, making shopping convenient. The room is a small living room and guest room. The toilet has a disposable toilet that is rare to see in Vietnam. It is very thoughtful. But unfortunately no breakfast is provided, what a pity.
