Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel

Outstanding service and staff hospitality but the hotel can do with better upkeep and maintenance. The latch on the bathroom door was loose, the toilet roll holder was shaky, the door sometimes took time to open with the electronic key, the internet was patchy and there was a big wet patch on the ceiling of our room, obviously a leak from the room above. The room is also not very noise proof so street noise comes in. The food at their restaurant was also disappointing with so many better options for lunch and dinner in the area

Had intense renovation in the lobby during the one night we stayed but they said it should be completed in a week. Pros: Loved the decor of the rooms and everything was clean and comfortable. The recommendations the staff gave us were great picks and they were very friendly. Stored our luggage for the day after we checked out. Bathrooms were clean and offered toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, etc. Cons: The hallways were a little bit dusty and didn't match how the insides of the room felt. They made it seem as if breakfast was free but we went up and it was not free and not a buffet like the photos might suggest. Otherwise, I would probably still stay again as the location is great, close to some great coffee shops, the lake, and the bus stop to the airport. Definitely can't complain for the price!
