Nice layout with big windows and lots of light. Air conditioning worked well. Building has gym and pool downstairs. Perfect for a weekend stay. Host replied quickly to messages.

I stayed here for a week and found everything convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I could cook easily. The living space was bright with natural light. Security in the building was excellent. It’s a great choice if you want comfort and peace away from the city noise.

Was a comfy and secluded stay with a well-designed and spacious room. The panoramic city view from my room is marvellous as well.
However, one must beware that
1) the apartment is nowhere near city centre, which is contrary to what the comments have suggested. You need to take at least 30minutes of grab (if not more, thanks to the constant traffic congestion) to reach the Hanoi Old District, where most attractions are concentrated in.
2) the attitude of the owner is fair, not particularly remarkable or bad. But he should have told us earlier that using the swimming pool requires a residence card that takes at least 5 days to be issues. Lmao ended up bringing swimsuits but could not swim

"Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear. The place looked exactly like the photos. It’s cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Wifi worked fast, and the shower had good water pressure.
