Location is great, no noise heard inside. Was not able to check in early. All hotels I stay at give you the room as soon as its ready, however this hotel made everyone wait until the allotted time. Not a big problem, just room for improvement. Firm beds and pillows, fine for my personal preference, but just thought id mention.

Location is super convenient in the central of Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions surrounding this hotels. The room is clean and spacious with good amenities. The lift is speedy and quiet. Will definitely stay at this hotel again:))

Its the 3rd time Im booking this hotel when Im in Hanoi. Queen Cafe Hotel And Pub is one of the best stay I ever had…because, Room - the room was so great with tidy wash room and all amenities. The window view is so cool that we can enjoy the night view Staff - were so cool and very helpful. Also so polite and gave us all informations regarding the tour. Tourist Attractions - The Old Quarter is seconds away from this hotel, The Ta Hien walking street is just walkable distance and Hoan Kiem is also nearby. St.Micheals Cathedral is also nearby. Location- I have to say, you should stay in location. Because, its the best location in Hanoi for great nightlife and food. Money Exchange and SIM - Queen cafe and hotel provides money exchange and SIM cards in a great value. Motorcycle rent - This hotel provides motorbikes too.. Last Word - 5/5 A great hotel to stay.

Friendly staff and great location. Room was basic and has everything you need, but nothing fancy. Good place if you just need a bed to sleep in and a shower. They also let me store my bag for a few days while I did the Ha Giang Loop. The lower floor is also a hostel and there’s a small cafe. Be aware that the hotel is located next to a very large (and loud) hostel/bar, and in general you can hear a lot of street noise and noise from surrounding buildings. I was fine using earplugs, but it is something to note.

The location was great, noisy but central to everything. Bring some ear plugs and turn on some white noise on your phone. Internet connection works well. The staircase is very narrow (Even for a skinny Asian ). The employees will carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast pricing was fair; there are abundant of food just right out the door. The hostel nearby can get very noisy as they party to late hours . The shower hot water turned off for a short while if 3 or more people is using it back to back. The AC works great. Free water bottles !ask for extra towels if needed. They have a nice restaurant/cafe downstairs. They also assist with tours reservations and SIM card! I would recommend this place and it’s safe to walk around alone or with kids !The bed mattress is firm like most in VN.

Rooms are really clean and are filled with clean towels daily. Really handy to pubs, clubs and restaurants in the old quarter. 10 minute walk from the lake. Get a grab to places further out works out around $1-2. Staff are really friendly and helped us book extra days at the hotel, sleeper bus to Sapa and day trip to Nim Bin.

It was an awesome stay. The room is very clean and it smells fresh. The staffs are accommodating and are fluent in English. For amenities, I recommend their TVs should have access to netflix for foreigners. Overall, it was a satisfying stay indeed.

The noise from the street outside was quite loud and woke me up several times in the middle of the night, but the room was clean and the staff were kind and nice.

First time coming to Hanoi Very glad I chose to stay here. Lovely staff, good service, can recommend everything. I had to wait for the car to go to Sapa at 10 p.m. The staff were very nice and allowed me to wait for the car at the accommodation. There is a chance to go back again 🫶🏻✨

Stayed here for 4 nights. Since it is the old part of Hanoi, tour buses also come to pick you up. There are places to eat and convenience stores around the hotel, making it easy to stay. Hotel showers provide hot water immediately. Sometimes the amenities were missing, but if you ask, they will give you the amenities. If you buy fruit etc., they will lend you a paring knife.
