The room itself was nothing special but the friendly service and great location were definitely the highlights of the Madelise!

The service is bad ,they didn’t supply slipper and when I asked them they told me I have to wait until the person unlock the draws in the morning .
The room is full of moisture smell also .

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. Even more, the entrance opens up onto the Hanoi Night Market for easy access to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is kind and helpful to arrange airport transportation.

The lobby and the room are very different. The perfume smell in the room is too strong and unbearable. The soundproofing is not good. The bathroom is average. The service of the front desk and the guy is good.

All the staff are friendly and nice.
The location is close to the old town, and there are many restaurants, so breakfast is not a problem. However, there is no problem even if you move to an affiliated hotel by motorbike, which is different from the hotel you originally booked.
Another thing is that the bed was a little damp on the first day. But even more than that, I was able to spend a happy time with the warm reception from the front staff. I will use it again.
