Trying out Jacayl Hotel for the first time! Took their S Class room and it is really spacious, with a private bath. First experience in a love hotel and it was good. Clean, spacious, every add-on optional item was clearly listed for the price. Overall a great hotel and will come back to experience again

I am very, very dissatisfied. This is a love hotel, but there is no note. I was not allowed to cancel after I booked. This is the first time I encountered a merchant who refused to cancel my order. The second person ordered two breakfasts, but it turned out that the hotel's breakfast was ordered outside. It only had noodles and no buffet breakfast. It was too bad for a hotel that costs 300 yuan.

It was neither good nor bad. Considering that it was overseas, I think it was rather clean, so it wasn't bad. The atmosphere of the room was good.

Room is more suitable for couples than single or business travelers.

I made a reservation for 2 nights without knowing that it was a love hotel, but they didn't clean it. There are various adult products in the room and an adult shop on the first floor. It's good for having fun with women. However, if you think of it as a normal hotel, it is the worst. I paid for 2 nights and moved to a hotel after 1 night.

The design was tasteful, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and a color palette of grey tones. It was subtly provocative, hinting at the erotic without being explicit. Despite the diverse themes, all the rooms shared a commitment to quality and comfort. Each was equipped with a plush bed, high-quality linens and a luxurious bathroom. The service, too, was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. This love hotel is more than just a place to sleep. It's an adventure, a journey into different worlds and eras. For those seeking an out-of-the-ordinary experience in Hanoi, this is an unmissable destination.
