If you are looking for a cheap accommodation to work/study, this could be your place. There is shopping mall near the hotel and you can find for example McDonald's and Uniqlon there. The staff is friendly and they even wash my laundry for free but you have to ask for room cleaning separately. The dishes were sticky but otherwise the room was clean.
The map doesn't show the location correctly but it shows the right street, which is not long. Just try to look for the building in the picture. Next to the garrage, there is an alley, where you can find another garrage, which is also the entrance for the hotel.

I went to the booking location, but it was closed. I called, and they said that location is closed today and asked to be transferred to another location. Terrible

Check in was quite easy, the receptionist was old but quite friendly and pleasant. Small room, suitable for the price, relatively clean. Easy location to move to districts in the city, near metro station, near universities.
