its a decent location, but mosquitoes and fly's are in room and washroom..

Because it opened in 2003, it is relatively new, the room is relatively large, apartment-style, everything is complete and clean, the hot water is OK. It is by the lake, although the street downstairs is noisy, the room is relatively quiet

Located on the Junghwa side between Hoan Kiem and My Dinh. Overall, it's not a new building, but it's not dirty. If you consider cost-effectiveness, it is better than Hoan Kiem. If you want a clean and newly built building, go to My Dinh Vinhome. Please note that there is a street bar right in front so it is noisy until dawn.
