Very satisfied. We can eat pho downstairs and the seats are pretty good. The main reason is that the hotel facilities are very good. My friends who have booked other hotels are very envious of me here.

It was great. It was already late at night when we arrived. The service attitude was very good and the environment was clean and comfortable.

It's about 2km away from Hoan Kiem Lake, so I took Grab every time. The facilities are a residence hotel, so the bedroom and living room (kitchenette) are separated, and there is also a bathtub, making it great for half-bathing. Although it was clean, there was dust in areas and shelves that were not visible, so I had to wipe them before use. Because it was a residence, there were no special services, and I received two bottles of laundry detergent upon request. There was no room cleaning or towel replacement during the 4 nights. There are paid drinks, alcohol, water, and snacks, so you can pay them at checkout. When I checked in, I thought about requesting a replacement because some of the towels were dirty, but I didn't care and used them and paid for them when I checked out. The airport drop driver was waiting for me, so I didn't have time to argue for a long time, and I didn't want to ruin my last trip, so I just paid, but I felt a little uncomfortable on the way to the airport. It was a quiet hotel away from the busy streets, and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it was nice to enjoy a meal or drink nearby. The pho restaurant that runs from breakfast to lunch right in front of the hotel is really delicious! About 2,000 won per bowl! I recommend stopping by once!

The location is good and I am very satisfied. I stayed for four or five days. The disadvantage is that the price is a bit high for Vietnam.
