Location is spot on. Easy walking distance to Beer street and to Train street. Old town is definitely the place to be when visiting Ha Noi.
The hotel has friendly staff and they were both professional and polite. Breakfast on the top floor may cause a concern as you have to walk a set of steps to access. Mobility issue there for those not so agile.
I would certainly use this hotel again.

They did not free pickup from airport, they charged $20 for pick up. That is cheating. Breakfast was no good. I will not stay any more

Easy check-in. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter. So many local restaurants near by. Nice staff and quaint room. The walls are a little thin, but other than that we had a great stay.

Staff are very friendly and polite indeed. Room is very small and needs to be modernised. Location is excellent, within walking distance to Old Quater. Only downside is that I lost the key and was charged VND 3 0,000 which is nearly £10. I think that is a bit too much for a key in Vietnam. Otherwise we had any excellent stay.

We stay in junior suite room with balcony in lvl 8 . There is something smelly in the toilet even you on the exhaust. The fridge will also turn off when you remove the keycard so if you store food it will spoil. Tv is old. I suggest to upgrade or change the furniture as it look like old.
But the front desk is nice and helpful place near train street and other must go places.

Really great customer service, we were going to a Ha Long Bay cruise and the staff made sure the shuttle picked us up. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and the location of the hotel is very good. Circle K, Pho the Chuyen, Banh Mi 25, and Bun Cha Dak Kim are nearby. If I come to Hanoi next time, I would definitely stay here again.
