Really great customer service, we were going to a Ha Long Bay cruise and the staff made sure the shuttle picked us up. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and the location of the hotel is very good. Circle K, Pho the Chuyen, Banh Mi 25, and Bun Cha Dak Kim are nearby. If I come to Hanoi next time, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice cozy hotel located on a lively street. The service was good. The room was nice and pretty clean, though the toilet bowl’s room had some dust on it.  The biggest problem I discovered it was the nose in water pipes, it was so loud that even air plugs didn’t help me in the morning. Sound isolation to other rooms and to the hall was also very poor, so it was difficult to sleep.

It's a little bit far from Hoan Kiam, but it's walkable and the staff are friendly. It was nice that each room had a balcony. However, it's better not to expect a breakfast buffet.

It's a B&B, but in the old town, dining is very convenient!

The main reason is that there are not many hotels in the old city that meet the standards of ordinary hotels. The hot water and breakfast alone filter out a lot of them. We changed from a hotel and are satisfied with the slight improvement.

The restaurant on the top floor has a nice view, but the chairs are dusty and the towels smell strongly of smoke.

Although it is in the downtown area, I got lost even though I was nearby because I entered a small alley. I think it's a good location once you know. There is also a mini-refrigerator, and the toilet and shower are separated, which is enough for this price. It's a pity that I couldn't get breakfast because I had an early morning flight, but I think it's a hotel I can recommend.

A small 2-star hotel with more than 20 rooms claims to be 4-star on Agoda to deceive customers. When I arrived and saw that this was not a 2-star hotel, I decided not to stay and asked to cancel my booking, but the hotel manager still insisted on not canceling to get my money. I had to book another hotel that night and was extremely upset with the above deception!!

Great little hotel in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were fantastic and gave us lots of advice on where to go for the different foods etc. 10-15 minute walk to get practically anywhere. The room was clean and tidy nice shower (and lovely shower gel) what more do you need?

We'd like to highly highlight and value the trustworthiness and helpfulness of the hotel staff! After we already travelled further to Hue (13 hours train ride), we noticed that forgot all our papers, keys and some larger amounts of Cash in Euro and VND in the hotel safe. We were very worried about losing all of them. After a quick desperate phone call, Gracie (Vietnamese name: Dương) from the hotel staff assured us to secure all our belongings to have it safely deposit at the reception safe for my uncle to pick up - who was luckily travelling to Hanoi anyways in the days after. Indeed, she secured all our belongings, made a photo of everything for us, counted the money, and wrapped everything in multiple envelops and bags. In the end, not one single Euro or VND was missing! Thank you very much, Gracie - you saved our vacation in Vietnam!
