My second time back here and just as lovely and clean as the last time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and spacious, the bed was huge and comfy, will come back again as very well positioned to everything

Great location,we stayed for few days only but small are old & not clean, outside is too chaos , with small street , lot of garbage , noisy street, traffic , I don’t feel great, I feel the bad vibes in the place . But over all staff are so polite , friendly , & very helpful.

Very comfortable, definitely recommend it for anyone looking for tours around the city, very cool, usually with hotels this type the rooms are very small, but here they are large and comfy, the maintained very clean rooms, the staff are very friendly professional and polite, there is nothing bad to say 10/10

This hotel really is as charming as it looks. The location is central in the Old Quarter on a busy but not noisy street, with a handy ATM and Circle K mart just nearby. You can easily walk to eateries, coffee shops and some of the main tourist attractions. Miss Hannie and her team were very attentive to our needs, offering choice of room for free upgrade, helpful information about local tourist options, organising our onward trip and providing us with a snack bag for that trip. We were happy with the accommodation at the price we booked for but I have seen it advertised at much higher prices on other occasions and wouldn’t have paid that price for it, so do check your value for money at the time of booking compared with similar properties. I wouldn’t recommend the massage place just across the street but there are plenty of others close by.

Great location, situated in the middle of the old quarter, this place is walking distance to many sight seeing spots, cafes, bars and food places. There’s also a handy Circle K mini mart conveniently located just along the road, a few seconds walk away for any snack and drink needs. I cannot fault the staff at this place, their service was great and they were extremely attentive, communicating pre-arrival and helping us to organise airport transfer when checking-out. The lobby and dining area are also decorated very nicely, providing a nice welcome to the hotel. As for the rooms, the cleanliness was not to a great standard. The shower grout and tiles are covered in mould and shower head was extremely dirty. Our air-con also kept intermittently going off and we kept having to reset by removing and re-inserting the room key. I also did not realise when booking that this hotel offered rooms with no window, which is unfortunately what we landed with given our late check-in when arriving to Hanoi. If I had known this was a possibility, I would have paid a bit extra to ensure we had access to a window and fresh air or alternatively chosen another hotel. The hotel was pretty cheap, but even in terms of value for money I would have expected a better standard of cleanliness in the bathroom and access to a window. Some areas definitely need a little bit of TLC.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. We had booked for 4 nights and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Aiki greeted us and gave us extensive information on things to do around the area and couldn't have been more lovely every time we returned back to the hotel. Checking in on how our day was etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our rooms were tidied and fresh towels every day. Rooms are alike to the pictures online. Hannie and Xenia on reception were lovely and were great in organising travel to the airport after our stay. The other evening staff were so lovely when we had a little problem with our aircon, they done everything to get it fixed. All in all a brilliant hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Close to all amenities and super lovely staff.

This has been the best stay we've had in Vietnam. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most comfortable & fulfilling stay in Hanoi. Miss Hannie and her team were the most caring and helpful staff we've ever experienced. I would 100% come stay here again and highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay here as the location is also perfect. We were very sad to leave, thank you again Miss Hannie

Stayed here for nearly a week using it as a base for trips to nearby region. Loveliest staff always made our return special. Used their trips and really enjoyed them all. Ha long bay 4* was lovely! Felt like royalty. Ninh binh was packed (day trip) but overall really enjoyed and would recommend! Sapa was beautiful- hotel were amazing when we had an issue with our bus! And these tours all had vegan options. Overall loved our stay at the hotel- lovely hotel, great location and upgraded us when they could. And will definitely return whenever we’re in Hanoi in the future!
