Fantastic stay at this hotel. We had booked for 4 nights and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Aiki greeted us and gave us extensive information on things to do around the area and couldn't have been more lovely every time we returned back to the hotel. Checking in on how our day was etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our rooms were tidied and fresh towels every day. Rooms are alike to the pictures online. Hannie and Xenia on reception were lovely and were great in organising travel to the airport after our stay. The other evening staff were so lovely when we had a little problem with our aircon, they done everything to get it fixed. All in all a brilliant hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Close to all amenities and super lovely staff.

This has been the best stay we've had in Vietnam. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most comfortable & fulfilling stay in Hanoi. Miss Hannie and her team were the most caring and helpful staff we've ever experienced. I would 100% come stay here again and highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay here as the location is also perfect. We were very sad to leave, thank you again Miss Hannie

Stayed here for nearly a week using it as a base for trips to nearby region. Loveliest staff always made our return special. Used their trips and really enjoyed them all. Ha long bay 4* was lovely! Felt like royalty. Ninh binh was packed (day trip) but overall really enjoyed and would recommend! Sapa was beautiful- hotel were amazing when we had an issue with our bus! And these tours all had vegan options. Overall loved our stay at the hotel- lovely hotel, great location and upgraded us when they could. And will definitely return whenever we’re in Hanoi in the future!

Stayed on two separate occasions during our time in Hanoi. Great value for money and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Great location too within the old quarter. Option for breakfast but also provide free water and snacks on a daily basis

We are just about to check out from our 8 night stay at this lovely hotel. Our stay has been great. The staff are amazing; friendly, chatty and helpful. They go out of their way to ask about you and seem genuinely interested. We had a balcony room which was fitted out with no more, no less than we needed. Functional aircon, comfy bed and pillows, great shower and fridge. The fridge was pre-stocked and anything used is payable on departure, likewise the basket of goodies on the unit. Prices are fair. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. The location was great! Right in the heart of things in the Old Quarter and easily walkable everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel at all. NB....A lot of hotels in Hanoi have similar names and I've noticed that some reviews on some hotels have been submitted against the wrong hotel. Check pictures if you can, to make sure you're seeing the right review for any hotel you look at.

Had such a great stay! The staff are extremely helpful and booked us a spot (very last minute) and pulled some strings to get us on Ha Long bay cruise with the best room. Organised everything for us, transfers to airport afterwards even booked our flights etc and was so accommodating. Went above and beyond. The room at silk centres was very clean and great value for money and perfect location close to lots of food, clothes, activities etc.

An uncomfortable stay and the worst experience ever in my travels. Weak wifi connection- I informed the Receptionist but no fix in my 5-day stay, I had to work in a coffee shop outside. Thin wall and poor soundproof so I could hear all the noise outside, even the room maids, they laughing, and talkative. The hot and empty minibar is provided. The bedsheet did not change during my long stay. Dirty flip-flop. The bellman, tour desk staff, and receptionist can play games with loud music and even they could bend down and take a nap during their working time. Certainly I will not comeback and not recommend this hotel to any travelers.

Excellent Staff, they help us with transportation, tours, money exchange, laundry, where to eat advices and always available to help us. Room was clean and all expected amenities Hotel is close to main attractions, food and transportation.
