Possibly one of the worst places I have stayed at. If you don’t mind ants and cockroaches and a barking dog hanging it’s head out of a window 2 inches from a balcony that has a concrete wall then you will be ok. Don’t accept credit card payment and the front gates lock at a certain time with no bell the alert anyone. No check in staff and all the staff appear to be wearing pajamas bit different. Don’t bother trying to find somewhere to go there is no where to go

Foreigners should not rent this apartment in Hanoi. The day before check-in, they contacted me saying, "There was a problem with the room I reserved, so I would like to change to another apartment." Since it was a last-minute contact, I reluctantly agreed. However, the room provided was lacking in facilities, small in area, and had a bad view. They demanded to pay in cash on the spot, and the reservation on *********** was canceled. The facility had staff who could only speak Vietnamese, so I could no longer communicate with the facility in English. This facility cannot be trusted. There is an apartment with the same name in the surrounding area, but it is run by the same owner. They get reservations with beautiful photos of the new apartment, and then change it to the old facility just before check-in. Please be careful.
