Best service ever, all the staff were amazing. Very attentive & helpful. It was definitely a memorable awesome stay. Very well recommended stay when in Hanoi. Location was good. Breakfast was good & Many eateries nearby.

Arrival and Welcome:
+ Welcoming and friendly staff, particularly Rosie.
+ Quick check-in process, even though the room wasn't ready initially.
Room and Amenities:
+ Spacious and cozy room with two balconies.
+ Large, well-decorated bathroom.
+ Ample TV channels suitable for locals or even English-speaking tourists.
+ Ongoing renovations for future amenities (gym, sauna, spa) but there was no noise during the day.
Location:
+ Strategic location near Hanoi Old Quarter.
+ Some noise at night due to the busy street, manageable by closing doors.
Service and Hospitality:
+ Efficient luggage handling and placement.
+ Thoughtful gesture of complimentary local fruits upon check in.
+ Warm farewell and escort from staff upon departure, this was my very first experience that staff from hotel waved us upon departure. Kudos for this.

I recently stayed at Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel and had an overall great experience. The staff, particularly the front desk personnel, were extremely helpful. They provided us with a detailed list of food places to try, categorized into different sections such as egg coffee, Vietnamese cuisine, pho, and bread. This was incredibly useful for exploring the local culinary scene.
Additionally, I received a free coupon to try their unique beer bath, which was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Whenever there was any issue, the staff promptly addressed it in a polite and efficient manner. Shoutout to Amy and Justin!
