Kingdom Hotel Hanoi

the room has window but also feel quiet even outside is the street. good location, 5mins walking to the lake. also good faciluties for the air condition and the showering.

I only booked and stayed two nights (May 24th-26th) and arrived about 1AM on the 25th. The hotel booked transportation from the airport for a $20 USD fee but their driver took me to the wrong hotel, so it took much longer to arrive at the correct hotel. I had booked a premium room but the A/C did not work. They kept telling me it was user error and to just wait for it to cool. After suffering in the heat all day, they finally downgraded me to another room with a working A/C. There was loud construction noise all day, which I recorded in case they deny it later. I was very disappointed with my stay. But that wasn't the worst of it. When I checked my Visa statement, I saw that my card was charged for the two nights on the 26th. However, I later found that they charged my credit card again on the 29th for another two nights and then refused to refund. I had to report fraud. Avoid this hotel, do not give them your credit card and check your statements as they add additional nights to unsuspecting foreign travelers.

Everyone at Kingdom Hotel was extremely helpful, courteous and approachable. The location is great, right in the heart of Old Quarter, on Beer street and walking distance from lake. Everything was easily accessible from the location. All the tours suggested were great and further enhanced our stay and association with Kingdom. Special thanks to Mr. River and Mrs. Spring in helping us make wonderful memories in Vietnam, love to visit again and relive those.

Nice hotel in Hanoi Old quarter right next to the lake. Beautiful clean room with best friendly staffs who helped us with all travels in Vietnam. Our trip to Hagiang loop was arranged by the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend this place in Hanoi Old Quarter

Taxi arranged by hotel took me to wrong location at 2AM. A/C did not function 1st day so was moved to another inferior room but did not receive discount or refund. Terrible construction noise throughout stay next door. Staff friendly but I had to relocate to another hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy there. The hotel has the best location and most helpful staffs who helped to arrange trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Giang loop. We had a late flight and they offered a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend Kingdom Hotel Hanoi

Comfortable bed, big room good staff very helpful, good in Communication, in city center near beer street, many street food , the lady staff was very assistive, when we arrived at the noi bai airport for check in to manila two of my friends left thier passport at room 202, i called the lady staff at 5:00 am to send the passport at the airport and she made it, she immediately called a taxi and gave instructions to the taxi driver where he can dropped the passport at the noi bai, big thanks 😀

Nice place and very friendly staffs here Our room was on the third floor with the windows and facing to the street in front of the hotel. We can see people passing by and i love to seeing that everyone night. Blue the receptionist is so friendly and we talked a lot about the culture and everything. He took us to try local famous Vietnamese noodles (I forgot the name) and the local coffee near the resort. Spring the manager also very nice, helpful and gave us clearly information. She organized our trip during in Hanoi. You also can arrange a motorcycle with them but you must buy separate gasoline by yourself. Also i miss Lan our housekeeping already, she came to our room every morning with her genuine smile and happy face I would love to recommend this resort to my friends who visit hanoi next time!! 🫶🫶
