kind of vintage. budget-friendly. great location. Accommodating and helpful staff. But they seriously need to improve on cleanliness. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty, obviously used. It was too late when we noticed and we were checking out in the morning so we just dealt with it.

This place was lovely! The room was fantastic and the hotel was much better quality than other hotels in Hanoi at a similar price. My favourite part of our stay here was the people! Really kind and friendly and very helpful - thank you for having and see you soon!

Nonetheless, they were always polite and tried their best to address any concerns that arose. Pro Tip: One helpful tip I would like to share is to always take pictures of your clothes before sending them for laundry. The location is good, the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was good and the family atmosphere was very good.

The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance. The room is small, but clean (it looked bigger in the photo). The shower and toilet are in one small room. The window in the room overlooks the corridor, which turned out to be good, we did not hear the noise from the street. The room is clean, no smells. The staff is friendly. We stayed for 3 nights, we refused cleaning, so the towels in the room were changed at our request. The hotel is convenient if you come to see the city and use it only for sleeping. The impression of the stay was good. Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and hospitality!

ハノイ観光する人にとっては良いロケーションだと思います。ただ、ホテルの場所が通り沿いではなく、Googleにのっていない家と家の間の細い道を通ってたどり着く場所なのでチェックインするときは見つけるのが簡単ではないです。ベトナム人の友達も見つけるのに苦労していたのでタクシードライバーとかに聞いてもわからないかもです。近くの人に聞けばすぐわかるかも。 まあみなさん優しい人でしたし子供もいましたし現地の人の生活を間近で感じられて私はこの場所が嫌ではありませんでした。 清潔感は日本のホテルや高級ホテルほどではありませんが、潔癖でない人にとっては十分でした。虫も2月に行ったからかホテルでは小さな虫を少ししか見かけませんでした。 サービスはツアーも申し込めるし、カードから現金にpaid outしてもらえるし(できればやめた方がいいかも)、Wi-Fiもあるし、スタッフのみなさん笑顔だし、チェックイン時におすすめのベトナム料理店やベトナムでの注意事項(乗ってもいいタクシーや偽通貨など)などが記載された紙をもらえるしとにかく全体的に良心的でした。案内した部屋を間違えたから部屋を変えてくれないかと頼まれて移動したり、延泊した時に姉妹ホテルに移動することを当日の朝に言われたりすることはあったのでそういうのがあることだけは注意してください。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、石鹸がついて困ることはなかったです。部屋を移動した際に求めてもないのにスタッフが笑顔で追加をくれたりしました。石鹸は泡立ちが良くないです。

I stayed for 3 nights. It was located in an alley in the old town, so it was very easy to go sightseeing. It was very close to the church. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, and I felt at ease because they politely responded to my email questions before sightseeing. I was planning to return to Japan on a late-night flight, so it was helpful to be able to leave my luggage on the day of check-out. (As for security, you just have to trust the hotel staff.) For the free breakfast, you can order one item from pho ga or omelettes, or you can have bread, fruit, and yogurt in a buffet style. I liked the bread and yogurt and ate them every day. It's a location where it's easy to eat out, but it's still easy to eat at the hotel. The puppy in the house in front of the hotel often barks and wanders around without a leash at certain times, which was scary. (It's fine if you just walk calmly, but my friend was being chased.) The hotel entrance is at the end of a narrow alley, so it's unavoidable. It's a good hotel that I would like to use again when I come to Hanoi, but this is the only drawback.

Convenient accommodation, homestay and inn type, sanitation is not bad. The young lady at the front desk can speak English and the service is also good. She will explain the surrounding terrain and suggest areas and transportation to visit. The breakfast is simple, but it's ok. It is quite convenient to live here when visiting Hanoi's old quarter.
