Hotels near Hai Ba Trung Temple in Hanoi

The Ann Hanoi match my expectation and I totally enjoyed my stay . Hotel is quiet and I manage to have a very good sleep throughout . Because it is not close to where the action are , you are expected to take grab pretty often but given how inexpensive the ride are , that is not a problem. Housekeeping and Amenities was great and I enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna very much . The only problem is the breakfast . With the exception of the pho , everything was mediocre at best . And during the 5 days I stay , the menu is the same . There are few days I go in and have a coffee and go out .

All rooms are very large, comfortable and especially have a very large king bed! Staff very friendly and enthusiastic. When you arrive at the hotel, there is a security guard to assist you with parking, bring your luggage to your room while you check in. The room is equipped with air conditioning and fan, when checking in is finished to go to the room, everything is ready for guests. Very satisfied with the attentiveness of the hotel and staff

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable & convenient hotel in Hanoi this is it. You can always count on the reception staff to help you. Especially Lin, who is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Lin knows how to get any information you may need. Mia, Anna and Kalie are friendly and helpful. Huyan in housekeeping does a great job! Breakfast is consistently good. I really enjoyed the made to order omelets and delicious fruit. The rooms are big enough and very comfortable. This is the perfect home for exploring beautiful Hanoi!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is warm, and two breakfasts are included. Rich variety of breakfast. The wireless network is average. Overall it is ok. The room is not soundproof.

I was told about this place by several of my Chinese colleagues. They all said it was a great place to stay while you are in Hanoi. So, I thought I would check it out while I was visiting and sure enough it did not disappoint. The location was perfect for me since it let me walk down to the sword lake area and enjoy the attractions and dynamic energy, but also be far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. As for the room, it had everything I needed. The room was very clean and all the furnishing seemed fairly new and in good shape. The staff was also very kind and was quick to help whenever I needed. All in all, I would definitely stay again and will continue the tradition and recommend it to anyone that will be visiting Hanoi.

Good hotel

Hotel is quite new, quite clean. There are a few issues. When I just check in hotel manager told me to pay extra 100,000 VND, I ask why. She said there was a glitch on computer and the price listed was mistake, should be higher. I said if the price listed was wrong it was their problems because I had already paid, besides other hotels booking apps also showed the same price. She said you can check in now, but when come back at 2 pm when room was ready then pay extra. I said no. You have to deal with hotel booking app agency, not me. 2nd problems, as almost all hotels in Vietnam have, fake and .is leading photos, showing rooms have windows , but not quite real windows. At night when light turn off, can not see a thing and is in completely darkness can not even see your own fingers in front. Breakfast is too simple. I asked to change room with window like what show on web site, I was told not available any more, but on web site it shows still available. Manager, then show me the room in front which has real window, and asked for $1,800,000 VND/ night pay directly to hotel. What a big joke. He then show me his other hotel opposite at over prices rates too for poor conditions hotel.

Positives - Clean, decently appointed VFM accommodation right in the heart of the city. - Friendly & courteous staff members especially Ms Dung at reception & breakfast service plus kitchen staff. - Decent breakfast options for the price charged & good service. - Housekeeping service was efficient and clean for all the 3 nights we stayed there. - Good wifi & amenities. - Help always offered at reception if assistance is asked for. - Walking distance to convenience stores and local restaurants. Unlike the much hyped but unclean & very loud old quarters area this is much much better (personal preference). - Good cancellation policies for last minute booking amendments not too fussy or late cancellation charges. Negatives - For late night arrivals entrance to the hotel can be a bit confusing as it shares the same lobby as the highlands coffee next door. - They have missed the trick by not offering a balcony although their r windows but for a claustrophobic person this can get a bit stressy although not that bad as the windows open wide, my room was very well ventilated, view outside on the higher floors was decent for the city. Overall considering Hanoi & price charged this is a good option to consider if your looking for a clean, hygienic, good location & decent breakfast. Staff are understanding & do not rush you for anything which is a good thing. Most of them speak atleast basic English so communication is not stressed for their is not miscommunication.
